Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Keystone Instruments – Leveriza, Pasay City
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for accepting products coming in for repair, determining if it’s in or out of warranty, and coordinating with technicians to diagnose and repair the product. You will also be responsible for providing quotes to clients on the cost and time required for repairs, preparing repaired products for shipment, and liaising with clients throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Accept products for repair and check if they are in or out of warranty
- Coordinate with technicians to diagnose and repair the product
- Provide quotes to clients on the cost and time required for repairs
- Prepare repaired products for shipment to clients
- Liaise with clients throughout the repair process
- Schedule technicians for outside service
- College graduate or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Job Title: Sales Adviser

We are a provider of cutting-edge instruments, serving clients in the pharma, food, and other industries. As we continue to grow our business, we are seeking a talented and driven Sales Adviser to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for driving sales by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Additionally, you will work closely with our technical team to provide pre and post-sales technical support, and you will also assist in identifying and resolving technical issues for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for instruments and related products
- Identify new sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide pre and post-sales technical support to clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports
- Attend trade shows and events to promote products and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or related field
- Strong understanding of instruments and their applications in the pharma, food, or related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Experience in the pharma or food industry is a plus, but not required. We are seeking a Level 1 Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Prepare monthly P&L
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with tax regulatory rules
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail

- In charge of credit and collection
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
- College Graduate
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and strong communication skills with clients, to follow up on collections.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, obsessive-compulsive behavior is a plus.
