– Changeable measuring tip: standard tip for semi-solid media, i.e. meat / long 200 mm measuring tip for semi-solid media (optional) / measuring tip for frozen food (optional)

– Two adjustable thresholds, audible / visual alarm that are triggered when thresholds are crossed

– EN 13485 and HACCP compliant

– Measuring range: -50°C to +275°C
